Life’s been a bit more serious since late Autumn and this year will continue to be one in which you consider your responsibilities, direction and status in this world.
The focal point of January will be upon your home life, and socialising will take a back seat as any work which needs doing to the house will become priority. Family members will also require your patience; and utilising your well developed tact and diplomacy will pay dividends. There are times in life when issues that were of prime concern to us as children begin to hold us back, as we re-create the fears and insecurities which affected us back then.
January is a month which will be very productive for you if you approach it with open eyes and an honest stance. The year will begin more quietly than usual and on the 3rd there could be mixed pressures from those wishing for more of your time. If you put them off a day or two you’ll find the 5th and 6th great days for conversation and congeniality.
The 11th packs a punch as if you take the time to quiet your mind you may spy a glimmer of the future. There is a magical cast to this day and your personal aspirations combined with natural talents could combine in your present to create a visionary outcome. Be still for a while.
Although the New Moon on the 15th will also centralise it’s beginning around domestic and family issues, this is a wonderful day to clear the air with people. Remember life is too short to look back on regrets, be your loving self today.
From the 20th the month begins to gather speed as you feel more sociable and are creative. You may meet new people at this time and single Libras will have love thoughts at the back of your minds, especially on 22nd. However a Mars retrograde period is not the smoothest period in which to form new allegiances. Even if you meet somebody now, don’t expect clarity until Spring is in full swing!
The 25 to 27th will be interesting days, full of unusual encounters, lively debates and passionate moments. Some less creative people will find these days unnerving but this time will bring out your mischievous side Libra. Your usual pacifying charm will tinged with acerbic wit and wry smiles. With the right perspective you can have a lot of fun at the end of January.
Although the month ends with a crescendo of fraught tempers and nervous tension, if you can maintain your usual equilibrium you will be the ideal person to have around to appease others. Alternatively, take a little time out to indulge, and take things easy. Others won’t be at their best but this time will pass and you have had your own tensions in recent weeks, so a little time to yourself will do you a lot of good.
