Since Saturn moved into your sign in the Autumn you have felt more focussed and hopeful about the future. During the prior two years whilst Saturn was in Virgo everything felt out of your hands, as if fate was dictating your life, now you hold the reigns again and as Saturn is exalted in Libra this is empowering for you. The beginning of the month however reminds you that stability and focus have to balanced; and there are frustrating tensions between these two areas of your life.
The first week of February will have the feeling of inertia and being unable to make progress; culminating on 7th which may well be dramatic but should be an air clearing day. Honesty and clarity will shift any residual blockages, leading to an inspiring and uplifting glow on 8th, believe in the process for the first week of the month and the second week will be positively inspiring.
The New Moon on the 14th will make Valentines day one to be celebrated this year, and whilst it is not a romantic day, people will wish to club together and share their deepest darkest feelings. This is a day in which plans made will really be adhered to, so express your dreams and open up to those close to you.
This New Moon in the creative and romantic sector of your chart will have a longer lasting effect than most, as the planets are quiet in the week that follows giving you freedom to paint your blank canvas.
Make the most of the quiet time as the final week of the month is more chaotic and busy. Your diplomatic skills will be very useful on 22nd and 23rd as those around you struggle with tensions and frustrations; clashing and bickering. It’s only a temporary aberration; unlike the life-changing depth of change and drama which pervades the beginning of February.
The month ends on a hopeful, happy note. There will be a static cast in most people’s lives until mid-March, when Mars finally begins to more forwards, but 27th and 28th remind us of the carefree, convivial and celebratory times which will be far more frequent in 2010. This will bring lovely buoyant end to relatively eventful month.
